The Embassy of Egypt hosted a reception at the ambassador’s residence on July 22 to mark the country’s National Day.
Colombia
Colombian Ambassador Jamie Duarte held a festive shindig at his residence on July 20 to commemorate his country’s National Day.
Tanzania
The Tanzania High Commission hosted a farewell dinner party for their high commissioner and his wife on July 24.

In honour of Sultan Hassanai Bolkiah’s birthday, Rakiah Haji Abdul Lamit, high commissioner of Brunei Darussalam, hosted a groovy party on July 17 which featured great food, hippy costumes and karaoke.
Bastille Day
The French Embassy celebrated Bastille Day on July 14 with a huge shindig.
Japanese Farewell
The Japanese Embassy hosted a reception on July 15 to bid farewell to Ambassador Tsuneo Nishida, who has been made ambassador to the UN in New York.
