Palestinian group loses QC appeal

The Court of Appeal in Quebec has upheld a ruling that a lawsuit pitting a Palestinian group against two Montreal companies must be heard in Israel, the CBC reported. On Aug. 12, the Court ruled that two developers building condominiums in the West Bank did not violate international law.
