Behind the Throne Speech, budget numbers

Over the course of two days last week, the Harper government delivered a Throne Speech, unveiled a budget and tabled departmental spending plans.

While much still isn't clear, and numbers and words can mislead just as much as they can reveal, sifting through the documents provides an indication of the government's plans, priorities and thinking.
