Military's operational tempo to stay upbeat

The government and military used the arms show CANSEC to send signals it has no intention of turning off the spending taps or pulling back from missions.

On June 6, the Canadian army participated in its last major offensive in Kandahar, a quiet milestone that marked the formative end of a decade-long bloody, deadly fight between the Canadian Forces, and insurgent forces.
