Afghan security forces need quality

In the wake of US General Stanley McChrystal's firing from the top command post in Afghanistan, the media spotlight has shifted to the man named as his replacement: General David Petraeus.

Given that Petraeus was the commander responsible for operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan, and therefore McChrystal's boss, the move can only be considered a demotion.
