New Southern Sudan mission walks fine line
On Joseph Moum Majak Ngor Malok's desk stands a small Southern Sudanese flag, the red, black and green stripes accentuated by a blue triangle and gold star. On the wall, pictures of Salva Kiir and the late John Garang stare down on the small office. As the first two presidents of Southern Sudan, they occupy a place of honour in the room.
