Harper foreign policy from Reform days

Does Canada's mainstream Conser-vative Party still exist - at least the one which has been a major factor in the development of democracy in this country?

Or is today's Conservative Party simply a convenient cover for the agenda of the former Reform Party, neo-conservatives and evangelic Christians?

It's a question which some increasingly are asking as they observe the apparent transformation...
