Signatures is Ottawa's only Five-Diamond restaurant, according to the CAA. Le Baccara, located at Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau, is the only other Five-Diamond in the area. Montreal has two, Nuances, the restaurant of the Casino de Montréal, and Le Toqué!
