The government is reviewing the results of a pilot program that saw Citizenship and Immigration Canada take in 12 interns with unique experiences to share.

The refugee camp that Thant Thuzar grew up in was similar to others along the Thai-Burmese border. Forced to flee from Burma in the mid-1990s, she was taken care of by aunts and uncles who lived in the miserable conditions.
