Refugee reform consultations targeting only select experts

The immigration minister's office will not say who it has met with as legislation set to be unveiled.

While Immigration Minister Jason Kenney has been consulting some groups and individuals as he prepares to unveil highly anticipated reforms to Canada's refugee system, those who work closest to asylum seekers say he is avoiding them.
