Obama behind Harper’s Copenhagen attendance

A newly-released US diplomatic cable says Prime Minister Stephen Harper “reluctantly” attended the Copenhagen climate change conference in December 2009 only because President Barack Obama did, and that Canada was “almost invisible” during the summit.
