Negotiating in bad faith

In order to negotiate, negotiators must bring something to the table, and that is what Canada is not doing entering into the United Nations climate talks in Cancun this week.

The Canadian government is arriving to the table basically empty-handed while the climate crisis continues to impact millions of people around the world and here in Canada.
