Tall orders for Foreign Affairs on China, Palestinian UN vote

Vote may prompt fallout from growing Muslim population.

The Middle East, North Africa, and Asia will loom large in the government's attentions and concerns this fall. So too will the X-files, not the TV series, but the unpredictable events in the world and the global political economy that constantly threaten to throw a wrench into the best laid plans and our national fortunes.
