CARICOM warily eyeing free trade side deals
Evadne Coye says she was walking the beach in Montego Bay recently and heard Québécois French all around her.
"I stopped and I asked someone: 'It seems that 90 per cent of the people in this hotel are speaking Canadian French. What's happening here?'"
The hotel staffer laughed and explained that two large charters had recently arrived from Canada.
