Shift from Africa 'didn't come easy' says high commissioner
After four years, the well-known South African high commissioner Abraham Nkomo is leaving his post.
He says his time in Ottawa was enjoyable, that the city is friendly, and that it lends itself well to the "lifestyle imposed on diplomats."
