Chile sees water scarcity as security risk

On Feb. 11, Canadian border agents seized 220 kilograms of cocaine at the Port of Halifax. The drugs were amongst a shipment of household building materials from Chile.

Public Safety Minister Vic Toews publicly congratulated the agents while highlighting the government's much-vaunted National Anti-Drug Strategy. But Chile did not immediately respond to the announcement.
