Wikileaks Analysis: Tribal anger over Dahla Dam, Tunisian torture and US beefs

On the surface, the past week of the ongoing Wikileaks saga saw CBC come under fire, Canada's ambassador to Afghanistan offer to resign, and anger that a list of vital infrastructure projects had been made public.
