Canada's Inept Visa Decision

The Cabinet decision to impose visas on Mexican and Czech Republic visitors was, well, unbelievable.

The Czech case, which revolves around its Roma or gypsy refugee claimants, is one that deserves serious analysis. But for today I would just like to talk about Mexico.
