'Cool Canada' disappearing on all fronts
The cover of the Sept. 27, 2003 edition of the Economist magazine featured a moose wearing sunglasses under a headline that read "Canada's New Spirit." That spirit was called "Cool Canada," not because of our winters, but because we were showing a self-confidence that got us noticed in many spheres around the world.
