Colombia trade deal a post-prorogation government priority

Delay lamented by ambassador, industry.

The Canada-Colombia free trade agreement remains a priority for the government, officials say, but industry representatives and Colombian Ambassador Jaime Duarte are lamenting the delay caused by prorogation.
