Civilians in Afghanistan prepare for military pull-out
Concern remains over a diplomat hurt in a convoy bombing, but DFAIT and NGOs don't plan any security changes.The past decade saw Canada take a leading role in the NATO mission in Afghanistan. With that came large numbers of soldiers, diplomats and government aid workers deployed into a hostile theatre.
