But Saturday evening, his stage was stolen by none other than Canada's mostly aloof Prime Minister Stephen Harper at the National Arts Centre's annual gala evening. The glitzy affair—which raised over $500,000 for the NAC's music education projects across the country—attracted many of Ottawa's political and diplomatic elite.
