Obama's Trip One-Hit Wonder or Start of Canadian Re-Branding?

WASHINGTON—If the volume of Canadian press commentary is an indicator, President Obama's short sojourn north of the 49th was a success. But if the visit is to amount to anything more than a warm afterglow, the Canadian government must embark on nothing short of a transformation in how we conduct business with the United States.
