Where were the Canadian reporters at Busan?

The Busan forum ended with the burial of the Paris and Accra aid effectiveness principles and the introduction of dialogue on a New Deal. But is it already going down the wrong road?

The Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness was held in Busan, South Korea in early December 2011. The event received little attention in Canada, which annually spends billions of Canadian taxpayers' dollars in aid financing and, in certain instances, the sweat and blood of the Canadian army, as in Afghanistan.

The US, UK, European, and Asian newspapers and journals gave at least minimal attention...
