Canadian Beef Exports Still Largely Grounded

When Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced a free trade agreement with Panama on Aug. 11, the government also announced that the Central American country was the most recent nation to lift its ban on Canadian beef exports.

Panama isn't the first free trade partner to reopen its market to Canadian beef; Jordan and Colombia also recently made moves in that direction while in the midst of trade talks....
