With the next major Democratic primary to be held later this month in Pennsylvania, the answer—at least for a little while longer—is a resounding yes.

Trade agreements are no more popular in Pennsylvania than in neighbouring Ohio, with both states blaming losses of well-paying blue-collar jobs on the forces of trade liberalization.
