Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai met with Trade Minister David Emerson in Ottawa this week to discuss ways to increase bilateral trade and investment. Falun Gong demonstrators wasted no time serving Mr. Bo with a lawsuit alleging he was responsible for torture and crimes against humanity.
