G8 Climate Change 'Make or Break' Issue

Prime Minister Stephen Harper will be making the rounds in Germany next week, meeting his European Union counterparts in Berlin on Monday before making his way to nearby Heiligendamm to take part in this year's G8 summit.

Climate change is expected to be a key topic at both events, though Mr. Harper will be bringing his government's new green plan–its second in as many years–to the table.
