Italian Envoy Upset With Ottawa's Handling of Foreign Election Issue

The federal government is expected to announce next week that Canadian citizens and permanent Canadian residents will not be allowed to run in foreign elections, sources say, which would make Gino Bucchino the first and last Canadian elected to the Italian Parliament.
