Bolivia's "water war" finally dried up last month.

After four years of legal wrangling, the San Francisco-based Bechtel Corporation announced that it would withdraw its international lawsuit against the Bolivian government. The two sides had been quarrelling over a failed water privatization project in Cochabamba, Bolivia's third-largest city.
