Canada-ASEAN FTA unlikely, businesses told

The negotiation of a free trade agreement between the federal government and a Southeast Asian bloc that's becoming increasingly economically integrated is a distant prospect, suggests Robert Fonberg, the Deputy Minister of International Trade Canada.
