The High Commission of Brunei Darussalam has been experiencing quite a few staff changes during the past few months. Siti Relawati Idris departed from Ottawa on May 11 after completing a three-year term as First Secretary and most recently as Acting High Commissioner since August 2004 before High Commissioner designate Magdalene Teo arrived on March 30.
