New Deputy Heads at Russia and Mexico Diplomatic Circles

Sergei Pedrov didn't have far to travel for his new posting. After Minister Counsellor Yuriy Filatov left Ottawa two months ago to take on his first head of mission posting as Russia's ambassador to Chile, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs promoted a diplomat already in Ottawa to the post of Deputy Chief of Mission.
