A New Home Opens For Rwanda

They came from as far away as Kigali, and many more arrived by the carload from Toronto, Montreal and the outlying Ottawa area. It was an occasion this joyful group of several hundred wasn't going to let pass with an ordinary ribbon cutting.

Rather, the African diaspora, at the invitation of Rwanda's Ambassador to Canada Eugene Munakayanza, celebrated the official re-opening of the embassy in Ottawa...
