Speaker Dan Hays' busy visit to Uruguay

Dan Hays, Speaker of the Senate of Canada, has recently returned from a weeklong visit to Uruguay. While in South America, Mr. Hays represented Canada at the official inauguration of the new President of Uruguay, TabarÃ© Vazquez, but his working trip, from Feb. 28-March 3, encompassed much more.
