Cecilia Jaber Departs Ottawa for the Emerald Isle

After three years as Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Mexico in Ottawa, Cecilia Jaber Breceda is heading off to Dublin on April 3, where she has been assigned to be Mexico's next ambassador to Ireland.
