A campaign is launched in Ottawa on United Nations World Water Day

A seasonal thaw arrived in Ottawa this week, and among the surest signs of impending spring was the flowing water rushing over the Rideau Falls into the Ottawa River. Inside the adjacent Canada and the World Pavilion, Margaret Trudeau sipped from a bottle of spring water and awaited her turn at the microphone.
