Harper: New Image Or New Vision?

Are the Conservatives doing so poorly in the polls because Stephen Harper is their leader? Or are the Conservatives doing badly because of themselves?

Or, a third explanation. Consider the possibility that the Conservatives may be doomed no matter what they do. The reason for this could be because -- wait for it -- they are not the Liberals.

Harper is undoubtedly bright enough and well-informed...
