New Heads of Mission

Three new ambassadors and one high commissioner were officially welcomed at Rideau Hall on May 27. Last week's "Diplomatic Circles" feature, Jesús Arnaldo Pérez, Ambassador of Venezuela, met the Governor General as did Dr. Chem Widhya, Cambodia's new ambassador to Canada. As there is no Cambodian mission in Ottawa, Dr. Widhya will reside in at the Embassy of Cambodia in New York, with jurisdiction...
