Where will the tsunami reconstruction funds come from?

Canadian aid programs for countries impacted by the Dec. 26 tsunami will likely be modified in order to cover at least some of the emergency relief funding offered by CIDA, according to the agency's spokesperson. "They will definitely be revising (programs)," according to Suzanne Quinn, of CIDA's media relations office. "All of the countries that received funding for this disaster are all receiving funding anyway....
