The Embassy of Paraguay will soon bid farewell to Counsellor Osvaldo Adib Bittar Vicioso who leaves Ottawa on Feb. 28. Mr. Bittar is a lawyer and notary public by training, having studied at the Asunción's Cristo Rey School and the National University of Asunción between 1976 and 1993.
