You can’t go around undermining our leadership

"Corruption is often an excuse for countries like Canada and the U.S. to not do anything for poor countries. Groups like Transparency International and the World Bank always focus on corruption in developing countries. This is very hurtful to the morale; you can't go around undermining our leadership and expect healthy democracies to develop."
