Embassy Flags Cut Down in Rockliffe

It was a dark and stormy night...and many of Ottawa's ambassadors had just settled down after a busy evening on the town. Last Wednesday, April 6, many had attended the Cuban Embassy's celebration of 50 years of diplomatic relations with Canada. Some diplomats had also gone on to the conclusion of the Latin America film festival.
