On Oct. 21, a rare event occurred. Canada's High Commissioner to New Zealand, John Donaghy, was in the same place as Graham Kelly, New Zealand's High Commissioner to Canada. Shortly after the conclusion of a morning session arranged by OCRI to stimulate Canadian investment in Australia and New Zealand, the two representatives agreed to talk about the special friendship that connects the two countries.
