Earlier this summer, Abd Elghani E. Awad El Karim departed from Ottawa after having spent seven years as ChargÃ© d'Affaires at the embassy of Sudan in Ottawa. Now, as autumn begins, his successor Adil Yousif Omer Bannaga has arrived to oversee the activities at the Sandy Hill-based mission.
