The Governor General accepted the credentials of three new heads of mission on November 22. Eugène Munyakayanza will reside in Washington, D.C. as Rwanda's new ambassador with jurisdiction in Canada, while Dr. Faiza Hassan Taha is the new ambassador of Sudan in Ottawa, who will hopefully be featured in next week's "Diplomatic Circles."
