Libyan Ambassador Ali Suleiman Aujali is Washington-bound, already at work building a three-person liaison office that he hopes will soon become Libya's embassy to the United States.

Ambassador Aujali is accustomed to a certain amount of ambiguity when it comes to his title. His business card identifies him as an ambassador and a chargé d' affaires. But then that comes with the turf....
