For and Against Missile Defence

Authors with opinions straddling either side of Canada's participation in ballistic missile defence (BMD) provided lively testimony to the foreign affairs commons committee on Dec. 8. The session underscored how fiercely the decision divides MPs and citizens, and that persuasive arguments can made 'for' or 'against' joining the U.S. plan.
