Dyer back in Ottawa

International Affairs columnist Gwynne Dyer makes his first print appearance in Ottawa in several years in this inaugural issue of Embassy newsweekly.

"It's really nice to be back in the capital city of my home country," Dyer told Embassy.

In years past, Dyer had written columns for the Ottawa Journal and, after the Journal folded, the Ottawa Citizen....
