Where Does Europe End?
As of the first of May, the European Union's easternmost land border will be with Russia, and its sea frontier will be halfway between Cyprus and Lebanon. The entry of 10 new member countries in Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Cyprus and Malta) brings the EU up to 25 countries and 450 million people, but it's not finished expanding...
